Max Logistic Services
Logistics & Freight Transport
Real-time fleet visibility for a Tijuana freight and logistics operator
Max Logistic Services moves freight locally across Baja California and on national and international routes into the United States, serving maquiladoras, customs agents and logistics companies. We built the platform that shows live vehicle availability and shipment tracking, with quote requests handled over WhatsApp.
The Challenge
Freight clients—maquiladoras, customs agents, logistics companies—need to know which trucks are available, where a shipment stands, and how to get a quote quickly, without relying on a phone call for every question. Max Logistic needed an online presence that could show that information directly instead of asking clients to just call and wait.
Our Solution
We built a bilingual-market site with a live fleet-availability table, updated in real time and requestable instantly over WhatsApp—plus real-time shipment tracking with route and geofence visibility. The availability table reads directly from a Google Sheet the dispatch team already keeps updated, so there is no backend, database or extra hosting to build or maintain—the feature costs what it is actually worth.
