Swiftlee is a digital platform that allows you to hire and manage your payroll of collaborators in Mexico quickly and easily. Hiring remotely sounds like a good idea until you discover all the work involved in creating an entity in a foreign country while sticking to its laws, tax schemes, and language barriers when it comes to managing government paperwork.
The Challenge
Swiftlee presented a unique challenge as its two main partners had different visions for the platform. This led to multiple iterations during the planning phase to align expectations and ensure the final product met their needs. Additionally, the project was in an industry unfamiliar to us, meaning we had to quickly adapt and gain insights into their business model.
