The Challenge
Hocalis relied on a fully traditional, paper-based workflow to manage orders, client details, and delivery times. This outdated system led to inefficiencies, high printing costs, and frequent delays in order tracking and communication. Their goal was to transition from this manual process to a fully digital, automated solution that streamlined their operations.
The new platform needed to replace paper notes entirely, offering a seamless way to register and track orders in real time. Customers would have visibility into their order status, receiving automated WhatsApp notifications when their order was received and ready for pickup. Additionally, the system would centralize payment history, automatically calculate total order costs, and manage guarantees, services, and client information securely.
To further optimize workflow, the system would generate daily income reports, alert tailors about orders that needed to start to avoid delays, and highlight overdue or ready-for-pickup orders. The goal was to enhance efficiency, reduce human error, and provide a smoother experience for both the business and its customers.
