Vetlook
Vetlook is a mobile app designed to help pet owners manage everything related to their pets’ health and well-being. Regardless of the type of animal, Vetlook allows users to track health history, vaccinations, vet visits, medications, and more—all in one place.
The Challenge
Vetlook approached us with a nearly completed app—at least, that’s what they had been told by their previous development team. The client, lacking technical expertise, believed the project was 90% finished. However, upon reviewing the codebase, we discovered that most of the screens were just static mockups with no real functionality. This meant that, in reality, the app was far from complete. Given a very limited budget, we had to strategically refactor and rebuild nearly 80% of the application while ensuring we stayed within financial constraints.

Our team efficiently refactored the app, transforming non-functional screens into a fully working platform. We prioritized core features, optimized performance, and ensured the app was scalable and user-friendly. Despite the tight budget, we successfully delivered a high-quality product that met the client’s vision and business goals.
In addition to revamping the Vetlook mobile app, we built a custom dashboard platform from scratch to empower veterinary clinics. This web-based platform allowed clinics to register their business, manage their services, and subscribe to a monthly membership using Stripe for seamless payments. Beyond subscriptions, we also implemented an admin panel for our client, enabling them to track transactions, manage registered clinics, and oversee platform activity efficiently.
